This is an older hotel that has recently been renovated in many areas. At breakfast (which was included in the price), I could detect the mix of older faithful clientele and the new clientele that has been attracted since the hotel was renovated. About 5 minutes walk from Trindade subway station, the hotel is well located in the heart of the city. Every one working there was kind and helpful - as usual, Tripeiros (people from Porto) at their best! They even offered a delicious pastel de nata pastry when I checked out.

A budget-friendly place that exceeds expectations! The location is excellent, the staff are fantastic and friendly, and you even get a free drink on arrival. For the price paid, the room offers more than you would expect, and the breakfast is far beyond what you’d imagine—absolutely superb!

The room was spacious, fully equipped, clean, and so was the toilet. The position is central and perfect in order to walk to all the main landmarks and attractions.

The bed was comfortable, everything necessary were in the room. The street was noise and you could hear your neighbors too. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay. One thing in the room weren’t sockets available near the bed I found only one in all room. Location of hotel is super, close to many sights, metro, many cafes, shops, restaurants are nearby.

The hotel was great. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was big, clean and comfortable. It would only be better if the room had a small fridge as well. The location is perfect. Only a couple of minutes of walking to get to the center of Porto. The breakfast was continental and it was good as well.

Comfortable rooms. The staff was very kind and helpful, Juliana, Sofia, Riccardo and Alfonso were always disposable to answer any kind of request. Central location.

The staff was really really helpful and friendly, especially Stefanie. They always made sure we felt at home. Excellent breakfast, and tasteful, big rooms.
